Return/Exchange Policy

 Exchanges/Refunds:

*We offer exchanges for dress size or color, ( we do not offer exchanges for accessories) received back within 14 days of delivery.

*We Do Not offer Returns/Refunds.

*Bathing suits are not returnable or exchangeable.*If you need to cancel a recently placed purchased, I offer cancellations within 2 days of purchase only. 

Exchange Conditions and Instructions:

In order to exchange for size I must receive the dress back within 14 days of delivery date. Please include a note with you nsme, order # and email address. This policy is in place for these timeframes, because dye lots can vary slightly with new bolts of fabric and these dresses will be resold, so they have to match what we currently have.  Shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer, once received and the dress is inspected, you will receive a reship link to purchase reshipping. You will note the size and color you are exchanging for in the notes section if the reship link. Turnaround time for exchanges is @ 7 business days.

In order to exchange, the dress must meet the following conditions or they will be returned to you, no exceptions:

* The dress must be in original form with tags attached

* The dress must not be washed ( these dresses will be resold and if the dress is washed, it will be returned to you, as it will be considered used)

* The dress must be free of smell: smoke, perfume, detergent etc.

* The dress must be free of damage. Our dresses are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping, free of damage and that is how they must be sent back for exchange.
