General ordering instruction:

Please do not leave custom measurements in the notes section. Our dresses are made to the specs listed on the size chart only and for that reason they are exchangeable for size. Some children run in between sizes and it is not uncommon that special occasion dresses to need alterations if this is the case. I give specific measuring instructions and that information can be located within the description of the listing. 

 


Shipping:

I generally ship within @2-3 weeks from date of purchase. Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be forwarded to the email address you checked out with. Please do not send questions regarding your order on social media. I will not answer order questions on social media, please message me directly at: contactTLKB@yahoo.com. 

 

Exchanges/Refunds:

If you would like to cancel an order, I accept cancellations within 2 days of date of purchase. While we do not offer returns/refunds, we do offer exchanges for size.  


You can exchange special occasion dresses for size or color. Because dye lots can change and exchanges will be resold, exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery only and this information can be found in on my policy page as well as the purchase confirmation you received at time of purchase. I have attached general instruction below, as well as the address you will be shipping back to:

GENERAL EXCHANGE INSTRUCTION:

-Bathing suits are not returnable or exchangeable.

-Dresses must be received back to me in the manner they were shipped to you, with tags attached, with no signs of damage or wear and must be free of smell ( smole, perfume and washing detergent), no exceptions. The Little Kitten Boutique has the right to deny an exchange for any of the reasons stated and return shipping would be at the cost of the buyer. Be mindful that these dresses will be resold.

I ask that you ship them back neatly in any kind of shipping bag or box, so that they are protected. Please retain a tracking number for reference only, until I receive your exchange. You do not need to forward me the tracking, it's just for peace of mind, in case we need to locate it.
Please include a note with the name the dress was ordered under and or order#. When you package is received, I will forward a re-ship link to purchase re-shipping ( all costs associated with exchanges will be the responsibility of the buyer, as stated in policy and purchase confirmation letter) Turnaround time for exchanges is 7-10 business days once re-ship is purchased.

Hair Accessories and Sashes are not exchangeable because of their delicate nature and cannot be resold. Hold on to all accessories ( sashes, headbands, etc.) we will be exchanging the dress only. If you need another plain or jeweled sash, please go to the sash section of the shop, to repurchase.
