Processing Time and Shipping

Processing tIme:

Processing times are generally 7-10 days of purchase date, but if you need something sooner, please reach out to us via the "Chat " icon, we usually are happy to accommodate, if we are able.

Shipping: 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking # to follow along. While we will ship your purchase, within our policy processing time, because we are not the carrier, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery. If there is a delay or lost package, the carrier would need to be contacted, as we do not refund orders for delays or lost packages. While this doesn't happen often, we feel we must make you aware of this.
